Who are you and what qualifies you to give me advice on my business? 

Simply put, we have spent 14 years helping small business owners across many industries increase market share and relate to more potential consumers.  We are a network of media professionals who are passionate about helping others achieve their dreams.  If we can`t help you, we will tell you.       Relax, we don’t bite.

Have you ever worked with a dentist before? 

Yes, we have.  And chiropractors, car dealers, municipalities, schools, restaurants, bars, online stores, lawyers, gun shops, dance studios, credit unions, home improvement contractors, retail flooring, urgent cares, hair replacement and comedic surgeons.   Is that enough or should we keep going?

I can’t afford to advertise, how can I afford to hire an ad agency? 

I hesitate to even answer this… first of all, if you are of the mindset that marketing and advertising is something your business can afford NOT to do, then you are right… you don’t need an ad agency.  Second, an effective ad agency not only saves you money, but increases your margins while reducing your cost per sale and more importantly, enables you to focus on running your business and taking care of your customers.  Third and most importantly, we have your back!  We are sounding boards, we are organizers, we are confidantes, we are planners, we are analyzers, we are negotiators and we are partners you can trust.

How much do you charge? 

We bill our clients based on a giant wheel that a client spins like on a game show.  (Ok, I am just kidding as we are still discussing how big the wheel should be).  Just call us/email us and we can discuss your needs, if we can help you and how much of your retirement saving you will have to hand over.

Do you guarantee your results? 

We are not a 2am infomercial that promises you better skin?  If you want guarantees with regards to media may I suggest you don’t hire an ad agency but rather add these words to EVERY ad you create: “Mention this ad and we will pay all your bills for a month! “

What happens if I hire your company and I don’t like what you provide to me? 

You have 2 options;

Option one is to review the 24 page release document that our legal department has suggested we provide to unhappy clients.  This will explain the legal and moral implications of not retaining us and offers difficult, hard to follow, time wasting steps to get rid of us.

Or, Option 2,

Call us.  Tell us you don’t like us.  We will cry.  You will cry.  Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

Why is it and how is it that I landed on this website?

Our web guy is phenomenal.  The dude has no life or social skills however he can optimize a website unlike any other.  If your site doesn’t do what you expect it to, you should call us!

Where are you located and how can you help me if I am not in your area? 

We are located in SE Michigan however we help small business owners across the country.  If you are not in our area, we can still provide valuable services such as media reviews, web analysis, creative concepts, consulting and many other services.  We can also be easily convinced to travel to your location especially if it is warm. (Remember, we live in Michigan!)
